Side-effects
- 精神抑鬱、膽汁淤積性黃疸、卟啉症、癲癇、偏頭痛、頭痛、乳房不適、頭暈、噁心和嘔吐、性慾、食慾和體重變化、突破性出血、月經量變化、閉經、水腫、皮疹、黃褐斑或黃褐斑、痤瘡、蕁麻疹、LFT異常、情緒波動、失眠、血栓和血栓栓塞事件、視神經炎、脂質譜改變。
Drug Interactions
某些稱為 CYP450 誘導劑的藥物（如苯巴比妥、苯妥英、卡馬西平、利福平、利福布丁、奈韋拉平、依非韋倫、四環素、氨芐西林、苯唑西林和復方新諾明）可以降低體內這種藥物的濃度。 利托那韋和奈非那韋通常是 CYP450 抑製劑，與類固醇激素一起服用時也可以充當誘導劑。 將這種藥物與非甾體抗炎藥或血管擴張劑一起服用可能會導致您的身體滯留更多液體。 如果您正在服用治療糖尿病、甲狀腺問題或血液稀釋劑的藥物，您的醫生可能需要改變您的劑量。

Contraindications
嚴重的肝臟問題、不明原因的陰道出血、卟啉症、懷孕、有不明原因或當前的血栓病史、凝血障礙或深靜脈血栓 (DVT)。
Mode of actions
炔諾酮的作用類似於典型的孕激素，可將子宮內膜從生長期轉變為分泌期。 雖然它也可能有一些類似於雌激素、雄激素或合成代謝藥物的輕微作用，但這些作用通常不是很重要。 炔諾酮可用於延遲月經和控制不規則或大量子宮出血。 它還通過利用垂體釋放的激素的負反饋來停止排卵，從而起到避孕作用。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 出血性子宮出血（功能性子宮出血）：每次 1 片，每日 3 次，持續 10 天。 停止治療後 2-4 天內會出現月經。
預防功能性出血復發：如果沒有恢復正常卵巢功能的跡象，則必須預期復發。 從周期的第 19 天到第 26 天，每天兩次，每次 1 片，即可確定週期性出血。
經前綜合症（包括經前乳痛）：從周期的第19天到第26天，每天2-3片。 治療應重複幾個週期。
月經推遲：每次 1 粒，每日 3 次，從預計月經來潮前 3 天開始服用。 正常月經應在患者停止服用藥片後 2-3 天出現。
子宮內膜異位症（假妊娠治療）：長期治療從周期的第 5 天開始，最初幾週每天 2 片。 如果出現斑點，劑量增加至每天 4 片，如有必要，每日 5 片。 出血停止後，初始劑量通常就足夠了。
月經過多（月經過多）：月經週期第19天至第26天（以月經第一天為第1天），每日2-3次，每次1片。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不得使用該藥。 它可以通過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 從治療前一個月和治療期間以及停藥後三年開始，嚴格採取兩種有效的節育措施。 如果您不確定哪種避孕方法對您有效，請與您的醫生討論。 在使用該藥物治療期間以及服用該藥物後至少三年內，您必須定期進行妊娠測試。 如果您似乎確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即致電您的醫生。 如果你真的懷孕了，錯過了月經，或者在沒有使用兩種避孕措施的情況下發生性行為。 在某些情況下，您的醫生可以開緊急避孕藥來預防懷孕。 服用這種藥物的人在治療期間和治療後三年內不應獻血。
