Predflam is indicated for

Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 眼科：眼壓升高，視功能下降，可能出現青光眼和罕見的視神經損傷、後囊下白內障形成和傷口癒合延遲。 角膜的真菌和病毒感染尤其可能與長期使用類固醇同時發生。
Contraindications
活疫苗；單純皰疹性角膜炎、全身性感染。
Mode of actions
潑尼松龍透過阻止某些白血球（多形核白血球）移動到受影響區域並逆轉血管滲漏增加來減輕發炎。 它還可以透過降低淋巴細胞和嗜酸性粒細胞等特定細胞的數量和活性來削弱免疫系統。
Dosage & Administration
結膜炎
成人：1%：將 1-2 滴入受影響的眼睛，每天 2-4 次。 如果需要，可以在最初 24-48 小時內使用更高的頻率。 治療2天後若無改善則重新評估。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
