Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Contraindications
對氟嘧啶治療有嚴重或意外反應的人、患有嚴重腎臟問題的人、孕婦或哺乳期婦女以及對這些藥物過敏的任何人不應使用這些藥物。
Mode of actions
卡培他濱是一種口服藥物，一旦進入體內就會變成另一種稱為氟尿嘧啶的藥物。 氟尿嘧啶的作用是阻斷製造 DNA 所需的酶，從而阻止癌細胞生長和分裂。 它也會影響 RNA 的產生，但影響程度較小。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 大腸癌；乳癌 1.25 g/m2，每天兩次，持續 14 天，然後休息 7 天。 大腸直腸癌的治療持續時間：6個月。 胃癌含鉑化合物：1 g/m2，每天兩次，持續 14 天，然後休息 7 天。
腎功能損害：
CrCl (毫升/分鐘)
51-80 無需調整。
30-50 當起始劑量為 1.25 g/m2 bid 時，將劑量減少至 950 mg/m2 bid。 當起始劑量為 1 g/m2 時，無需調整劑量。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不允許使用這種藥物。 如果您懷孕了，請勿使用它。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 治療期間及停藥後六個月內嚴格有效的節育。 如果您確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即與您的醫生討論。
