Drug Interactions

其他藥物可能會使效果減弱，包括：皮質類固醇、菸鹼酸、達那唑、利尿劑、擬交感神經藥、異煙肼、吩噻嗪、生長激素、甲狀腺激素、避孕藥和鋰。
此外，一些藥物（如β受體阻斷劑和可樂定）可以隱藏低血糖的跡象。
Mode of actions
甘精胰島素是一種長效型的人類胰島素。 它透過阻止肝臟產生過多的葡萄糖和分解脂肪來幫助控制身體如何使用碳水化合物、蛋白質和脂肪，同時也幫助身體的細胞從血液中吸收更多的葡萄糖。
Dosage & Administration
成人：SC 對於未使用胰島素的患者：可以每天一次開始使用 10 IU，隨後根據血糖反應進行調整。 通常範圍：2-100 IU/天。
兒童：>6歲：依要求；每天同一時間給藥一次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
