Precautions and warnings
有血栓病史、輕度至中度肝臟問題、液體積聚風險、既往憂鬱症、糖尿病、高血壓、腎臟或心臟問題。
Side-effects
- 痤瘡、蕁麻疹、液體瀦留、體重增加、心力衰竭、噁心、嘔吐、胃腸道紊亂、性慾改變、乳房不適、經前症狀、月經週期不規則、抑鬱、失眠、嗜睡、脫髮、多毛症、過敏樣反應、黃疸、潮熱、腎上腺皮質抑制、噁心、腕管綜合徵、高鈣血症、腫瘤發作、高血壓。
Drug Interactions
體內茚地那韋的水平可能會下降。 順鉑可能也不起作用。 華法林可以在體內停留更久。 氨魯米特和增加酶活性的藥物可能會降低甲地孕酮水平。
Contraindications
懷孕和哺乳期。 嚴重肝功能損害。
Mode of actions
甲地孕酮是一種孕激素，用於治療某些癌症並幫助增加食慾。 雖然尚不清楚甲地孕酮到底如何對抗癌症，但它可能透過減少雌激素的產生、影響體內的其他激素或可能直接殺死癌細胞來實現這一作用。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 乳癌安寧療護 40 mg 4 次/天。 緩解子宮內膜癌 40-320 mg/天，分次服用。 癌症或愛滋病患者的厭食症和惡病質初始劑量：800 毫克/天。 通常：400-800 毫克/天。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不得使用該藥。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 從治療前一個月和治療期間以及停藥後三年開始，嚴格採取兩種有效的節育措施。 如果您不確定哪種避孕方法對您有效，請與您的醫生討論。 在使用該藥物治療期間以及服用該藥物後至少三年內，您必須定期進行妊娠測試。 如果您似乎確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即致電您的醫生。 如果你真的懷孕了，錯過了月經，或是在沒有使用兩種避孕措施的情況下發生性行為。 在某些情況下，您的醫生可以開立緊急避孕藥來預防懷孕。 服用這種藥物的人在治療期間和治療後三年內不應捐血。
此藥亦禁忌母乳。 不建議在使用這種藥物期間及之後三年內進行母乳哺育。
