Soframycin is indicated for

Drug Interactions
將短桿菌肽與新黴素一起使用可降低細菌產生抗藥性的機會。
Contraindications
如果您對羊毛脂或新黴素過敏，則不應使用此產品。 如果您患有由真菌、病毒或細菌引起且對治療無反應的眼部感染，請勿使用它。
Mode of actions
新黴素是一種氨基糖苷類抗生素，是新黴素的主要成分。 它可以殺死多種革蘭氏陰性菌（假單胞菌除外）和部分葡萄球菌菌株。 新黴素B通常與類固醇或其他抗生素一起用於局部治療皮膚、眼睛和耳朵的感染。
Dosage & Administration
每日 2-3 次塗抹於受影響的眼睛。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不得使用該藥。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 從治療前一個月和治療期間以及停藥後三年開始，嚴格採取兩種有效的節育措施。 如果您不確定哪種避孕方法對您有效，請與您的醫生討論。 在使用該藥物治療期間以及服用該藥物後至少三年內，您必須定期進行妊娠測試。 如果您似乎確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即致電您的醫生。 如果你真的懷孕了，錯過了月經，或是在沒有使用兩種避孕措施的情況下發生性行為。 在某些情況下，您的醫生可以開立緊急避孕藥來預防懷孕。 服用這種藥物的人在治療期間和治療後三年內不應捐血。
此藥亦禁忌母乳。 不建議在使用這種藥物期間及之後三年內進行母乳哺育。
