Dexaflox E/E drops is indicated for

Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions

**危險：**

Contraindications
如果您對本產品中的任何成分過敏，請勿使用。 如果您患有單純皰疹或其他病毒感染、真菌感染、新生兒青光眼，或患有影響眼睛或耳朵的真菌疾病，請避免使用它。
Mode of actions
環丙沙星的作用原理是破壞某些細菌的雙股 DNA，並阻止 DNA 旋轉酶（細菌繁殖所需的酵素）的作用。

Dosage & Administration
眼睛：每四到六小時滴入結膜囊 1 滴。 在最初的 24 至 48 小時內，劑量可增加至每兩小時 1 滴。
對於耳朵：使用典型管的兒科患者的急性中耳炎：將 4 滴滴入受影響的耳朵，每天 2 次，持續 7 天。 急性外耳炎：將 4 滴入受影響的耳朵，每日 2 次，持續 7 天。
應逐漸減少頻率或根據臨床症狀確定頻率。 應注意不要過早停止治療。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
