Precautions and warnings
Clindacin Plus 凝膠不應在口腔、眼睛或陰道內使用。

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
**克林黴素：**
- 可增強肌肉鬆弛劑（如阿曲庫銨）的作用。
- 可能會降低副交感神經興奮劑等藥物的效力。
- 可能幹擾某些抗生素（如大環內酯類、酮內酯類、鏈陽菌素、利奈唑胺和氯黴素）的作用，可能降低其療效。
- 如果與血液稀釋劑（如華法林、醋硝香豆素或氟茚二酮）一起服用，可能會增加出血風險並改變凝血測試（凝血酶原時間/INR）。
**維A酸：**
- 幫助您的肌膚吸收更多米諾地爾。
- 與抗纖溶藥物一起使用時會增加嚴重血栓的風險。
- 與唑類抗真菌藥物一起服用可以提高體內維他命A酸水平。
- 可增強硫磺、間苯二酚、過氧化苯甲醯和水楊酸的去角質作用。
- 可使皮膚對陽光更加敏感，尤其是與某些藥物（如噻嗪類、四環素類、氟喹諾酮類、吩噻嗪類或磺胺類）一起服用時。
**嚴重警告：**
- 將維A酸與四環素一起使用可能會增加危險腦壓的風險。
Contraindications

Mode of actions
**克林黴素：**
克林黴素是一種抗生素，透過附著在細菌核醣體的 50S 部分發揮作用。 透過阻斷建構蛋白質鏈的過程，細菌無法製造生長和生存所需的蛋白質。 在皮膚上，它還有助於降低表面脂肪酸的含量。 雖然它有助於治療痤瘡，但科學家並不確定它是如何達到這一目的的。
**維A酸：**

Dosage & Administration

Pregnancy & Lactation
