Side-effects
- 頭痛、口乾、嗜睡、咽炎、腹痛、消化不良、疲倦、鼻衄、鼻炎、鼻竇炎、噁心、失眠。
Drug Interactions
在服用依巴斯汀的同時服用酮康唑、伊曲康唑、克拉黴素或紅黴素會增加血液中依巴斯汀的含量，並可能導致心律 QTc 間期延長。
Contraindications
過敏、心律不整。
Mode of actions
依巴斯汀是一種屬於哌啶類的抗組織胺藥。 它的作用時間很長，通常不會引起困倦，因為它主要影響大腦外部的H1受體。 在體內，依巴斯汀轉變為活性形式，稱為卡巴斯汀。 依巴斯汀有助於減輕過敏症狀並防止組織胺引起的氣道狹窄。 它不會引起太多困倦或對其他身體系統產生強烈影響。
Dosage & Administration
成人：口服 10-20 mg，每日一次。
兒童：>6 歲：5 毫克，每日一次。
