Precautions and warnings
如果您患有肝臟或腎臟疾病、幽門狹窄、尿滯留、前列腺增生、精神病、癲癇、潰瘍性結腸炎、冠狀動脈疾病、快速心律不整、心臟衰竭或高血壓，請在使用此藥之前諮詢您的醫生。 如果患者是老年人、青少年、孕婦或以母乳餵養新生兒的母親，應格外小心。
Side-effects
- 潮紅、姿勢性低血壓、心搏過速、顫動。 很少有精神病反應。 頭暈、嗜睡、疲勞、頭痛、記憶力減退。 皮膚乾燥、紅斑、對光敏感度增加、皮疹。 腹脹、便秘、喉嚨乾燥、吞嚥困難、噁心、嘔吐、口乾。 排尿困難、尿滯留。 震顫、無力。 調節障礙、視力模糊、睫狀肌麻痺、乾燥、窄角型青光眼、眼內疼痛加劇、搔癢、畏光、瞳孔散大。 鼻子乾燥。 出汗減少，耐熱不耐受。 眼科：嗜睡、皮膚炎、水腫、滲出、濾泡性結膜炎、眼壓升高、局部刺激、畏光、血管及呼吸道充血。 潛在致命：中樞神經系統抑制、昏迷、循環和呼吸衰竭。
Drug Interactions
酒精或其他中樞神經系統抑制劑可能會與此藥物產生交互作用。 乙醯膽鹼酯酶抑制劑如多奈哌齊、加蘭他敏、卡巴拉汀和他克林可減輕這種影響。
其他抗膽鹼能藥物（包括 TCA）可能會放大這種效應，從而可能致命。
Mode of actions
東莨菪鹼抑制中樞和周邊神經系統中的毒蕈鹼受體。 它透過放鬆平滑肌來降低胃和腸蠕動。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 泌尿生殖痙攣；胃腸道痙攣 丁基溴：20 mg 4 次/天。
IV/IM 泌尿生殖痙攣；胃腸道痙攣 丁基溴：20 mg，如果需要，30 分鐘後重複一次。 最大：100 毫克/天。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
