Precautions and warnings
Пациентам с язвенной болезнью желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки, а также судорожными расстройствами следует применять амброксол с осторожностью. Его следует применять с осторожностью пациентам с печеночной или почечной недостаточностью.
Side-effects
- Легкие желудочно-кишечные эффекты и аллергические реакции.
Contraindications
Противопоказана гиперчувствительность к амброксолу или бромгексину.
Mode of actions
Амброксол – метаболит бромгексина. Присутствуют как мукокинетические (улучшает транспорт слизи), так и секретолитические (разжижающие секрет) характеристики. Амброксол увеличивает секрецию слизи за счет стимуляции серозных клеток желез слизистой оболочки бронхов. Муколитическое действие обусловлено деполимеризацией и разрывом мукопротеинов и мукополисахаридных волокон, что приводит к уменьшению вязкости слизи. Улучшается отхаркивание слизи и значительно облегчается дыхание. Амброксол способствует синтезу альвеолярными клетками сурфактантных фосфолипидов. Амброксол – противовоспалительное вещество. Улучшает проходимость дыхательных путей у пациентов с ХОБЛ.
Dosage & Administration
Педиатрические капли:
0 – 6 месяцев – по 0,5 мл 2 раза в день,
6 – 12 месяцев – по 1 мл 2 раза в день,
1-2 года - 1,25 мл 2 раза в день.
Сироп: 2–5 лет – по 2,5 мл (1/2 чайной ложки) 2–3 раза в день.
5 – 10 лет – по 5 мл (1 чайная ложка) 2–3 раза в день,
Детям 10 лет и взрослым — по 10 мл (2 чайные ложки) 3 раза в день.
Капсула SR: взрослым и детям старше 12 лет — 1 капсула один раз в день.

FDA еще не отнесло это лекарство к определенной категории беременных. Хотя нет достаточных доказательств того, что прием этого лекарства во время беременности вреден.
