Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
這種藥物可以掩蓋氨基糖苷類抗生素引起的聽力損傷。 它也可能使抑制中樞神經系統的物質（例如酒精、安眠藥、巴比妥類藥物和鴉片類藥物）的鎮靜作用更強。
警告：將此藥物與其他延長 QT 間期的藥物一起使用可能會導致危險且可能致命的心律問題。
Contraindications

Mode of actions
異丙嗪是一種稱為吩噻嗪的藥物。 它的作用是阻斷大腦中的某些多巴胺受體，並強烈阻斷某些腎上腺素（α-腎上腺素）受體。 此外，它還附著並阻斷 H1 組胺受體。
Dosage & Administration
口服
過敏狀況
成人：以鹽酸鹽形式：夜間 25 mg，如有需要，可增加至 25 mg bid；或者，10-20 mg bid 或 tid。
兒童：以鹽酸鹽計：5-10歲：每天10-25毫克； 2-5歲：每天5-15毫克。 劑量分 1 或 2 次給藥。
腎功能損害：可能需要減少劑量。
預防暈動病
成人：以鹽酸鹽形式：旅行前一晚服用 20 或 25 毫克，如有需要，可在早晨服用類似劑量。
兒童：以鹽酸鹽計：5-10歲：10毫克； 2-5歲：5毫克；旅行前晚間給藥，如有需要，可在第二天早上重複給藥。 作為 Teoclate：5-10 歲：每天 12.5 毫克，從長途旅行前一天晚上或短途旅行前 1-2 小時開始。
腎功能損害：可能需要減少劑量。
失眠的短期治療
成人：以鹽酸鹽形式：夜間 20-50 mg。

Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
