Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 角膜潰瘍、眼壓升高和視力下降。 皮內注射：深色皮膚局部色素沉著不足。 關節內注射：關節損傷、纖維化，尤其是承重關節。
Drug Interactions
噻嗪類利尿劑會導致高血糖和低血鉀。 同時服用非類固醇抗發炎藥會增加消化性潰瘍或胃腸道出血的風險。 抗凝血反應發生了變化。 需要增加抗糖尿病藥和抗高血壓藥的劑量。 降低血液中水楊酸鹽和抗毒蕈鹼劑的含量。
可能致命：同時使用卡馬西平、苯妥英、撲米酮、巴比妥類和利福平會降低療效。 使用雌激素或口服避孕藥的女性效果較強。
Contraindications
過敏、全身性真菌或急性感染。
Mode of actions
倍他米松是一種皮質類固醇，主要起糖皮質激素的作用。 它降低蛋白質合成速率，抑制多形核白血球和纖維母細胞的遷移，並逆轉毛細血管通透性和溶酶體穩定性，以預防和調節發炎。
Dosage & Administration
成人和兒童
眼睛：每 1 或 2 小時向每隻受影響的眼睛滴 1 或 2 滴，直到得到控制，然後可以減少頻率。
耳朵：每 2 或 3 小時向每隻受影響的耳朵滴 2 或 3 滴，直到得到控制，然後可以減少頻率。
鼻子：將 2 或 3 滴滴入每個鼻孔，每日 2 或 3 次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不允許使用這種藥物。 如果您懷孕了，請勿使用它。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 治療期間及停藥後六個月內嚴格有效的節育。 如果您確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即與您的醫生討論。
