Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 出血、低血壓；局部注射部位反應；血小板減少症;背痛；過敏反應;胃腸道、顱內或肺出血。
Drug Interactions
將肝素與其他血液稀釋劑、抗血小板藥物或血栓溶解藥物一起使用會增加出血風險。
Contraindications
活動性出血、出血風險較高（包括出血性疾病）、腦血管問題、中風病史、高血壓不受控制、嚴重受傷、嚴重腎臟問題或最近接受過大手術。 哺乳期間不建議使用。
Mode of actions
依替巴肽是一種由七個胺基酸組成的小型環狀蛋白質。 它的作用是阻斷血小板上一種稱為糖蛋白 IIb/IIIa 的特定受體。 這可以防止血小板聚集在一起，從而有助於降低血栓形成的風險。
Dosage & Administration
成人： 四級：
急性冠狀動脈綜合症
• 對於腎功能正常的患者：建議的成人劑量是診斷後儘快靜脈推注 180 mcg/kg，然後持續輸注 2.0 mcg/kg/min，直至出院或開始 CABG 手術，最多 72 小時。 如果患者要接受 PCI，則應繼續輸注直至出院，或手術後長達 18 至 24 小時（以先到者為準），從而允許長達 96 小時的治療。
• 肌酸酐清除率較高的患者
Pregnancy & Lactation
雖然動物生殖研究顯示出不良影響，甚至有時無法證明對胎兒的風險，並且在孕婦中沒有充分和良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，這種藥物可以在確實需要時使用。
