Contraindications

Mode of actions
氧苯銨是一種抗膽鹼能藥物。 它的作用是阻斷平滑肌和心肌中發現的毒蕈鹼（膽鹼能）受體，阻止一種稱為乙醯膽鹼的化學物質的作用。 當乙醯膽鹼被阻斷時，平滑肌會放鬆，這有助於阻止肌肉痙攣，例如腸躁症的肌肉痙攣。
氧苯溴銨還可以直接放鬆平滑肌。 它減慢消化系統的運動，降低胃酸的產生，並有助於控制呼吸道和喉嚨的分泌物。 此外，它對神經連接處的訊號阻斷（菸鹼阻斷活性）也有一定作用，從而乾擾神經訊號的傳遞。 氧苯溴銨不易穿過血腦屏障，因此通常不會對大腦或中樞神經系統產生影響。
Dosage & Administration
成人：每次 1-2 片，每日 3-4 次。
兒童：每次 1/2-1 片，每日 1-3 次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
