Mode of actions
制黴菌素是一種抗真菌藥物，附著在麥角固醇上，麥角固醇是真菌細胞膜中的一種物質。 這種附著使細胞膜滲漏，導致細胞內容物逸出。
Dosage & Administration
成人和兒童：PO 腸道或口咽念珠菌病 500,000 或 1,000,000 u 3-4 次/天。 口腔念珠菌症 作為錠劑或口腔混懸液：100,000 u 4 次/天。 病變癒合後繼續 48 小時。 預防腸道念珠菌症 1,000,000 u/天，分次服用。
Vag 片劑：Vag 念珠菌症 作為子宮托/Vag 霜：100,000-200,000 u/天，持續 14 天。
外用 易受真菌感染 每克乳膏/凝膠/軟膏/撒粉含 100,000 u/g：每天塗抹 2-4 次。
嬰兒：2 毫升（200, 000 單位），每日四次。
