Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
它可以阻止腎臟主動清除（分泌）某些鹼性藥物，如西咪替丁。 這意味著依賴此過程離開身體的藥物（例如金剛烷胺）可能會在您的系統中停留更長時間，因此它們的清除率會降低。 它還可以增強酒精和其他鎮靜劑的作用。
Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 帕金森氏症 作為左旋多巴治療的輔助療法：初始：第一週 125 mcg，每日 3 次，第二週增加至 250 mcg，每日 3 次，第三週根據反應增加至 500 mcg，每日 3 次。 如果需要的話可以進一步增加。 最大：4.5 毫克/天。

Pregnancy & Lactation
