Precautions and warnings
請勿對新生兒或六歲以下兒童使用。 長期使用會導致充血反彈。 如果您出現眼痛或視力異常，請停止服用。 哺乳期和懷孕期。
Side-effects
- 超敏反應。 皮膚過敏。 長時間使用會出現頭痛、高血壓、顫抖、虛弱、出汗、充血反彈等症狀。 鼻：短暫灼熱感、刺痛、打噴嚏、黏膜乾燥。 眼睛：視力模糊、刺激、瞳孔放大。

過敏。
Mode of actions
安他唑啉是一種從乙二胺衍生的抗組織胺藥。
Tetryzoline 是一種擬腎上腺素能擬交感神經藥，對腎上腺素受體影響很小或沒有影響。
Dosage & Administration
成人：眼科 含 0.5% 安他唑啉和 0.05% 鹽酸賽洛唑啉的溶液：每天 2-3 次，每次 1-2 滴。
成人：眼結膜減充血劑 0.01-0.05% 溶液：除非另有指示，滴注 1-2 滴，每天 4 次，持續 3-4 天。
鼻 鼻充血 作為 0.1% 溶液：滴注 2-4 滴/噴霧，頻率不超過 3 小時。 最長持續時間：3-5 天。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
這種藥物會進入母乳。 哺乳前請先諮詢您的醫生。
