Side-effects
- 中樞神經系統抑制、鎮靜、嗜睡、倦怠、頭暈。 腸胃不適、厭食或食慾增加、上腹疼痛、視力模糊、排尿困難、口乾、胸悶、低血壓、肌肉無力、耳鳴、欣快感、頭痛、中樞神經系統反常刺激。 潛在致命：心血管衰竭和呼吸衰竭。
Drug Interactions
塗在皮膚上的抗組織胺藥，如苯海拉明洗劑、軟膏或噴霧劑，可能會與這種藥物產生交互作用。
如果您正在使用任何其他昏昏欲睡的藥物，例如鴉片類止痛藥（如可待因、西替利嗪）、肌肉鬆弛劑（如卡立普多、唑吡坦、勞拉西泮、大麻或苯海拉明）、安眠藥或抗焦慮藥物（如阿普唑侖）、酒精，請告訴您的醫生。

Contraindications

Mode of actions
氯苯那敏是一種 H1 受體拮抗劑，可競爭性阻斷組織上的 H1 受體位點。
Dosage & Administration
成人：每 4-6 小時 4 毫克。 最大劑量：每日 24 毫克。
兒童：1-2歲：1 mg bid，2-5歲：每4-6小時1 mg，6-12歲：每4-6小時2 mg。 最大：每天 6 毫克（1-5 歲）；每日 12 毫克（6-12 歲）。
注射用
過敏性休克緊急治療的輔助手段
成人：10-20 mg IM、SC 或在 1 分鐘內緩慢靜脈注射。 最大劑量：每天 40 毫克。
兒童：87.5 mcg/kg SC，每日 4 次
Pregnancy & Lactation
