Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions

Contraindications
如果您對此藥過敏、患有帕金森氏症或患者是兒童或新生兒，請勿使用該藥。
Mode of actions
桂利嗪的作用是阻斷主要位於動脈肌肉的鈣通道。 它還具有一些抗組織胺作用。 桂利嗪有助於鎮定內耳並減少頭暈。 此外，當氧氣供應減少（缺血）時，它可以降低血液的黏稠度，從而改善血流。
Dosage & Administration
成人：口服 15 至 30 mg，每日 3 次。 周圍血管疾病 75 mg 2-3 次/天。 暈動病，旅行前 2 小時服用 30 毫克，旅行期間每 8 小時服用 15 毫克（如有需要）。 腦血管疾病 75 mg 1-3 次/天。 眩暈和前庭障礙 30 mg 3 次/天。
兒童（5至12歲）：成人劑量的一半。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
