Codliv SG is indicated for
- 營養補充品、維生素A、D和E缺乏、骨關節炎、青光眼、高血壓、憂鬱症、多發性硬化症、疼痛和關節僵硬、腎臟疾病、高三酸甘油酯、心臟病、系統性紅斑狼瘡（SLE）、中耳感染（中耳炎）。
Precautions and warnings
慢性腎衰竭患者也可能出現肝臟腫大和高ESR（紅血球沉降速率）。
Side-effects
- 高維他命血症；高血鈣症，肌肉疾病；血栓性靜脈炎;疲勞、虛弱、噁心、頭痛、頭暈、視力模糊、脹氣、腹瀉、腹痛。
Drug Interactions
考來烯胺、考來替泊和奧利司他等藥物會使身體更難吸收維生素 E。服用高劑量的維生素 E 可以增強血液稀釋劑華法林的效果。 此外，服用大量維生素 E 可能會降低身體對鐵補充劑的反應。

Dosage & Administration
成人及 6 歲以上兒童：每日 3 次，每次 1-2 粒膠囊，隨餐服用。
Pregnancy & Lactation
充分且控制良好的人體研究未能證明妊娠前三個月對胎兒有風險，也沒有足夠的證據顯示妊娠後期有風險。
