Side-effects
- Generally well tolerated. A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. It should not be used if allergic condition occurs to any ingredients of the product.
Contraindications
People who are allergic to any ingredient in this medicine should not use it.
Mode of actions
Polyethylene Glycol and Propylene Glycol are eye lubricants. They help keep your eyes moist, protect them from injury and infection, and relieve dry eye symptoms like burning, irritation, and the feeling that something is in your eye. These ingredients are specially made to protect your eyes from dryness, helping them stay comfortable and refreshed for longer.
Dosage & Administration
For Adults and Children: Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Although animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women, but during pregnancy, this medicine can be used just when definitely required despite potential risks.
Mothers with a newborn baby who have used this drug during the last 3 months of pregnancy may seldom create symptoms including drowsiness, muscle stiffness or shakiness, feeding or breathing troubles, constant crying. If you notice any of these symptoms of your baby's particularly during their first month, tell the doctor immediately.
This medicine passes into breast milk. Talk to your doctor before breastfeeding.
