Side-effects
- 潮熱、水腫、體液滯留、皮膚乾燥、陰道出血、白帶、外陰部搔癢、胃腸道不適、噁心、頭暈、皮疹、視力模糊、視力喪失、脫髮、肝酵素升高、高三酸甘油酯血症、子宮肌瘤和子宮內膜增生。 潛在致命：血液惡液質、膽汁淤積、肝炎、骨轉移患者高血鈣、血栓栓塞事件。 子宮內膜癌和子宮肉瘤的風險增加。
Drug Interactions
氨魯米特可降低血液中他莫昔芬的含量。
嚴重警告：將氨魯米特與華法林一起服用可以使華法林更有效，從而增加危險出血的風險。 將氨基魯米特與其他抗癌藥物一起使用也會增加血栓的風險。
Contraindications
懷孕和哺乳期。 血栓栓塞事件史。
Mode of actions
他莫昔芬是一種稱為三苯乙烯衍生物的藥物。 它的作用是附著在腫瘤和其他組織中的雌激素受體上，阻止雌激素與那裡的結合。 這會減少 DNA 的產生並阻止雌激素的作用。 他莫昔芬不是直接殺死癌細胞，而是透過使癌細胞停留在細胞週期的靜止期（G0）和第一生長期（G1）來阻止癌細胞生長。
Dosage & Administration
成人：口服乳癌 20 mg，分 1-2 次服用。 最大：40 毫克/天。 高風險女性每天服用 20 毫克，持續 5 年可降低乳癌發生率。
無排卵性不孕症 月經週期第 2-5 天 20 mg/天。 最大：80 毫克/天。

Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不允許使用這種藥物。 如果您懷孕了，請勿使用它。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 治療期間及停藥後六個月內嚴格有效的節育。 如果您確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即與您的醫生討論。
