Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 電解質失衡，如低血鉀、脫水、口乾、頭痛、頭暈、低血壓、虛弱、嗜睡、精神錯亂、食慾不振、痙攣、血清尿酸、葡萄糖、血脂、尿素和肌酸酐升高，LFT升高、代謝性鹼中毒、耳鳴和聽力損失。
Drug Interactions
當此藥與兩性黴素 B、皮質類固醇、生甲酚或其他降低鉀的藥物一起服用時，出現嚴重低鉀（低血鉀）的風險較高。 一起使用时，锂含量可能会有毒。 損害腎臟或耳朵的藥物（如氨基糖苷類）會增加腎臟或耳朵受損的風險。 高劑量的水楊酸鹽會增加水楊酸鹽中毒的機會。 地高辛中毒的风险也会增加。 非類固醇抗發炎藥會降低該藥作為利尿劑的效果。 與降血壓藥物併用可能會導致血壓大幅下降。
Contraindications
對磺脲類藥物過敏反應、嚴重腎衰竭而無尿、肝昏迷或接近昏迷、低血壓及心律不整。 懷孕或哺乳期間不應使用。
Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration

Pregnancy & Lactation
