Side-effects

Drug Interactions
他莫昔芬降低血漿濃度。
Contraindications
停經前婦女和兒童；超敏反應。
Mode of actions
來曲唑將自身附著在芳香酶的血紅素部分上，該酶通常將雄性激素轉化為雌激素。 透過阻斷這種酶，來曲唑可以降低血液中雌激素的含量。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 荷爾蒙受體陽性早期乳癌停經後婦女的輔助治療；停經後婦女晚期乳癌 2.5 mg，每日一次。
肝功能損害：肝硬化及嚴重肝功能損害患者劑量減少50%；建議劑量：2.5 mg，隔日服用。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不得使用該藥。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 從治療前一個月和治療期間以及停藥後三年開始，嚴格採取兩種有效的節育措施。 如果您不確定哪種避孕方法對您有效，請與您的醫生討論。 在使用該藥物治療期間以及服用該藥物後至少三年內，您必須定期進行妊娠測試。 如果您似乎確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即致電您的醫生。 如果你真的懷孕了，錯過了月經，或是在沒有使用兩種避孕措施的情況下發生性行為。 在某些情況下，您的醫生可以開立緊急避孕藥來預防懷孕。 服用這種藥物的人在治療期間和治療後三年內不應捐血。
此藥亦禁忌母乳。 不建議在使用這種藥物期間及之後三年內進行母乳哺育。
