People who have ever had an allergic reaction to any ingredient in this medication should not use it.
It makes the skin soft and hydrated. It is also a gentle cleanser, especially good for dry or sensitive skin. It helps keep the skin from getting dry and leaves it feeling smooth and soft.
Parents of children with eczema should try to bathe their child in an emollient wash product once a day.
Emollient creams should be used frequently; the weekly recommended amount for children is 250 g per week. On a day to day basis, it is recommended to apply an emollient cream at least 3 to 4 times a day.
Add a bath emollient to the water to help prevent the skin from drying out.After bathing, apply an emollient cream to all areas of the skin to lock in the moisture
Apply an emollient cream about 20 minutes before bedtime to allow it to soak in to the skin
Although animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women, but during pregnancy, this medicine can be used just when definitely required despite potential risks.
Mothers with a newborn baby who have used this drug during the last 3 months of pregnancy may seldom create symptoms including drowsiness, muscle stiffness or shakiness, feeding or breathing troubles, constant crying. If you notice any of these symptoms of your baby's particularly during their first month, tell the doctor immediately.
This medicine passes into breast milk. Talk to your doctor before breastfeeding.
