Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 鎮靜、嗜睡、共濟失調、頭暈、頭痛、精神錯亂、幻覺、皮膚反應、胃腸道症狀、遺尿。 潛在致命：呼吸或心血管抑制、癲癇發作。
Drug Interactions
抗高血壓藥可能會增強降血壓作用。 對於帕金森氏症患者，同時服用左旋多巴可能會導致定向障礙、煩躁和幻覺。
中樞神經系統抑制劑和酒精可能會增加中樞神經系統的影響，從而可能致命。
Contraindications
活動性消化性潰瘍會導致過敏。
Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
口服
嚴重慢性痙攣
成人：最初，5 mg tid，持續 3 天，增加至 10 mg tid，持續 3 天，然後以類似的增量和間隔，直至達到 20 mg tid，或直至獲得所需效果。 最大劑量：每日 100 毫克。
兒童：每日 0.75-2 毫克/公斤。 可以開始服用 2.5 mg，每日 4 次，每 3 天逐漸增加劑量，直到獲得所需效果。 維持：6-10歲：每天30-60毫克；2-6歲：每天20-30毫克；12 個月至 2 歲：每天 10-20 毫克。 最大：>10 歲：每天 2.5 毫克/公斤。
老年人：從較低劑量開始。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
