Precautions and warnings
رجي الزجاجة جيدًا قبل استخدامها. إن استخدام الكورتيكوستيرويدات لفترة طويلة يمكن أن يضر العصب البصري ويؤثر على رؤيتك. إذا كنت بحاجة إلى استخدام هذا المنتج لفترة طويلة، فيجب فحص ضغط العين بانتظام.
Side-effects
- ارتفاع ضغط العين (IOP) مع احتمال تطور الجلوكوما وتلف نادر في العصب البصري، وتكوين إعتام عدسة العين الخلفي تحت المحفظة وتأخر التئام الجروح. قد تتطور الالتهابات الفطرية والفيروسية للقرنية بشكل خاص بالصدفة مع استخدام الستيرويد على المدى الطويل
Drug Interactions
يعمل مع البنسلينات للحصول على تأثير أقوى. عند استخدامه مع أدوية سامة للأعصاب أو الأذنين أو الكلى، قد تتزايد الآثار الجانبية. يمكن أن يقلل من امتصاص الديجوكسين والميثوتريكسيت. وقد يزيد أيضًا من تأثيرات أدوية تسييل الدم التي يتم تناولها عن طريق الفم.
Contraindications
لا ينبغي استخدام بريدنيزولون أسيتات إذا كان لديك التهابات فيروسية في القرنية أو الملتحمة، أو إذا كان لديك حساسية من هذا الدواء أو أي كورتيكوستيرويدات أخرى.
Mode of actions
يعمل النيومايسين عن طريق الارتباط بالجزء 30S من الريبوسومات البكتيرية، مما يمنع البكتيريا من صنع البروتينات.
يقلل بريدنيزولون الالتهاب عن طريق منع بعض خلايا الدم البيضاء (كريات الدم البيضاء متعددة الأشكال) من الانتقال إلى المنطقة الملتهبة وعن طريق جعل الأوعية الدموية أقل تسربًا. كما أنه يضعف جهاز المناعة عن طريق خفض عدد ونشاط الخلايا المناعية المحددة (الخلايا الليمفاوية والحمضات).
يقتل البوليميكسين ب البكتيريا عن طريق إتلاف أغشية الخلايا، مما يتسبب في تسرب محتوياتها.
Dosage & Administration
غرس قطرة واحدة في كيس الملتحمة مرتين إلى أربع مرات يوميًا. خلال الـ 24 إلى 48 ساعة الأولى، يمكن زيادة تكرار الجرعات إذا لزم الأمر. يجب الحرص على عدم التوقف عن العلاج قبل استكمال الدورة.
الاستخدام لدى الأطفال: لم يتم إثبات سلامة وفعالية هذا الدواء لدى مرضى الأطفال.
Pregnancy & Lactation
على الرغم من أن دراسات التكاثر الحيواني أظهرت تأثيرًا سلبيًا على الجنين ولا توجد دراسات كافية ومراقبة بشكل جيد عند النساء الحوامل، إلا أنه خلال فترة الحمل، يمكن استخدام هذا الدواء فقط عندما تكون هناك حاجة إليه بالتأكيد على الرغم من المخاطر المحتملة.
نادراً ما تظهر على الأمهات اللاتي لديهن طفل حديث الولادة والذين استخدموا هذا الدواء خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأخيرة من الحمل أعراض بما في ذلك النعاس، وتصلب العضلات أو الارتعاش، ومشاكل التغذية أو التنفس، والبكاء المستمر. إذا لاحظت أياً من هذه الأعراض لدى طفلك خاصة خلال شهره الأول، أخبري الطبيب فوراً.
ينتقل هذا الدواء إلى حليب الثدي. تحدثي مع طبيبك قبل الرضاعة الطبيعية.
