Side-effects
- 嗜睡、失眠、不適、頭痛、頭暈；胃腸道不適、口乾、腹痛、腹瀉、噁心、嘔吐；偶爾過敏；鼻衄，咽炎，支氣管痙攣。
Drug Interactions
如果您正在服用任何其他令人昏昏欲睡的藥物，例如可待因、氫可酮、酒精、大麻、安眠藥物，或抗焦慮藥物，例如阿普唑侖、勞拉西泮、唑吡坦，肌肉鬆弛劑，例如卡立普多、環苯扎林，或其他抗組織胺藥，例如撲敏、苯海拉明，請向您的醫生或藥劑師描述。
應避免使用其他用於皮膚的抗組織胺藥，例如苯海拉明乳膏、軟膏或噴霧劑，因為它們可能會產生更多副作用。
西替利嗪與左西替利嗪和羥嗪非常相似。 服用西替利嗪時，避免服用這些藥物。
某些實驗室測試，例如過敏皮膚測試，可能會受到該藥物的影響，可能導致錯誤的測試結果。 確保您的實驗室人員和所有醫生都知道您正在服用這種藥物。
Contraindications

Mode of actions
Cetirizine 是胃腸道、血管和呼吸道效應細胞週邊組織胺 H1 受體的有效且高度選擇性的拮抗劑。
Dosage & Administration

成人：10 mg 每日一次或 5 mg bid。
兒童：6-23 個月時 2.5 mg，每天一次，大於 12 個月的兒童增加至最大 2.5 mg bid； 2-5 歲 5 mg，每日一次或分 2 次服用； >6 歲 10 mg，每日一次或分 2 次服用。
老年人：初始劑量為 5 mg，每日一次。
肝功能損害：初始劑量為 5 mg，每日一次。
糖漿：
成人及 6 歲以上兒童：每日一次，每次 2 茶匙，或每日兩次，每次 1 茶匙。
2-6 歲兒童：每日一次，每次 1 茶匙，或每日兩次，每次 1/2 茶匙。
Pregnancy & Lactation
雖然動物生殖研究顯示出不良影響，甚至有時無法證明對胎兒的風險，並且在孕婦中沒有充分和良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，這種藥物可以在確實需要時使用。
