Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
**桂利嗪：**
如果飲酒，桂利嗪引起的困倦會更加嚴重。 與多潘立酮一起服用時，其效果也會增強。
**茶苯海明：**
不要將茶苯海明溶液與氨茶鹼、氫化可的松、吩噻嗪或某些巴比妥類藥物混合，因為它們不相容。
嚴重風險：茶苯海明服用酒精、巴比妥類藥物、鴉片類止痛藥、安眠藥和抗精神病藥物一起服用會增加睡意。 如果與 MAO 抑制劑、阿托品或三環抗憂鬱劑 (TCA) 一起服用，抗毒蕈鹼（乾燥）副作用會變得更強。 茶苯海明還可以掩蓋某些抗生素（氨基糖苷類）造成的聽力損傷。
Contraindications

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
口服
成人：75 mg bid 或 tid。
老年人：
暈車
成人：旅行前 2 小時服用 30 毫克，如有必要，旅途中每 8 小時服用 15 毫克。
兒童：5-12歲：成人劑量的1/2。
腦血管疾病
成人：75 毫克，每日 1-3 次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
