Deslorin PLUS 2.5/120 is indicated for

Drug Interactions
有些藥物可以透過影響肝臟酵素來增加血液中的藥物量。 例如阿奇黴素、西咪替丁、紅黴素、氟西汀和酮康唑。
將這種藥物與某些其他藥物一起使用會增加副作用的風險：
- 如果與心臟藥物（如強心配醣體、奎尼丁或三環抗憂鬱劑）同時服用，高血壓和心律不整的風險會更高。
- 如果與麥角生物鹼或催產素一起使用，則有更高的機會出現強烈的血管收縮。
- 將此藥物與 MAO 抑制劑 (MAOIs) 一起服用可能會導致血壓危險性升高（高血壓危象）。
- 與某些麻醉劑（如環丙烷、氟烷和其他鹵化麻醉劑）或血壓藥物（抗高血壓藥）一起使用可能會導致相互作用。
Mode of actions
地氯雷他定是一種長效抗過敏藥物，不會引起嗜睡。 它的作用是阻斷大腦外的組織胺 H1 受體，並阻止某些免疫細胞釋放引起發炎的物質。

Dosage & Administration
PO：成人及 12 歲或以上青少年：1 片（2.5 mg 地氯雷他定/120 mg 偽麻黃鹼），12 小時一次。
1 片（5 毫克地氯雷他定/240 毫克偽麻黃鹼），24 小時一次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
這種藥物會進入母乳。 哺乳前請先諮詢您的醫生。
