Mode of actions
氫氯噻嗪的作用是防止腎臟在遠端腎小管中重新吸收鈉和氯。 這會導致身體透過尿液排出更多的鈉、水、鉀和氫離子。
厄貝沙坦是一種阻斷血管張力素 II 作用的藥物，血管張力素 II 是一種縮小血管並升高血壓的物質。 它透過附著在 AT1 受體上來實現這一點，從而阻止血管緊張素 II 導致血管收緊以及使身體釋放更多的醛固酮。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO HTN；第 2 型糖尿病腎病變 150 mg 每日一次，如有需要，最多 300 mg 每日一次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不允許使用這種藥物。 如果您懷孕了，請勿使用它。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 治療期間及停藥後六個月內嚴格有效的節育。 如果您確實懷孕了，請停止服用藥物並立即與您的醫生討論。
