Patients with a history of asthma, angioedema, urticaria, or rhinitis, nasal polyps, severe renal or hepatic impairment, and lactation should be avoided.
Alcohol, corticosteroids, analgesics, phenylbutazone, and oxyphenbutazone are all known to enhance the incidence of gastrointestinal ulcers. Phenytoin levels rise when you take aspirin. It's possible that it'll counteract the effects of uricosurics and spironolactone.
Anticoagulants, methotrexate, and oral hypoglycemics may be potentiated by this drug.

Aspirin is an anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and analgesic. It inhibits the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandin and thromboxane. It also prevents platelets from clumping together.
Oral
Acute symptoms
150-300 mg PO; (within minutes of symptoms)
Prophylaxis of myocardial infarction
Adult: 75-300 mg once daily. Lower doses should be used in patients receiving ACE inhibitors.
Stent implantation
Adult: 300 mg 2 hr before procedure followed by 150-300 mg/day thereafter.
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
Child: 80-100 mg/kg daily in 5 or 6 divided doses. Up to 130 mg/kg daily in acute exacerbations if necessary.
Mild to moderate pain and fever
Adult: 150-300 mg repeated every 4-6 hr according to response. Max: 4 g/day.
Pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal and joint disorders
Adult: Initial: 2.4-3.6 g/day in divided doses. Usual maintenance: 3.6-5.4 g/day. Monitor serum concentrations.
This medicine is not allowed during pregnancy. Do not use it if you are pregnant. It can be absorbed through the skin and lungs caused can damage your unborn child’s organs and cause congenital disabilities. Strict effective birth control during treatment and for six months after stopping this medicine. If you do become pregnant, stop taking this medicine and discuss your doctor right away.
There is no specific information on whether this medicine passes into breast milk or not. Considering the possible risks for the children, breastfeeding while using this medicine is not recommended and at least two weeks after the last dose. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
