Fixal Plus 60 is indicated for
- التهاب الأنف التحسسي، حمى القش، الشرى، العطس، سيلان الأنف، خلايا النحل، الطفح الجلدي، نزلات البرد، الحساسية، حكة أو عيون دامعة، احتقان الأنف
Precautions and warnings
لا تستخدمه إذا كنت تعاني من فرط نشاط الغدة الدرقية (فرط نشاط الغدة الدرقية)، أو مشاكل في القلب مثل أمراض القلب، أو عدم انتظام ضربات القلب، أو ضربات القلب السريعة. تجنبه إذا كنت تعاني من أمراض الأوعية الدموية مثل تصلب الشرايين (تصلب الشرايين) أو ارتفاع ضغط الدم أو تمدد الأوعية الدموية. وينبغي أيضًا تجنبه عند الأشخاص الذين يعانون من مرض السكري أو الجلوكوما مغلقة الزاوية أو مشاكل في الكلى أو تضخم البروستاتا. لا تستخدم أثناء الحمل أو الرضاعة الطبيعية.
Side-effects
- ألم ذبحي انتعاش الاحتقان وسيلان الأنف. الخوف والقلق والأرق والرعشة والأرق والارتباك والتهيج والحالات الذهانية. انخفاض الشهية والغثيان والقيء. الغرغرينا. نزيف دماغي وذمة رئوية. بطء القلب المنعكس، عدم انتظام دقات القلب وعدم انتظام ضربات القلب، الخفقان والسكتة القلبية، انخفاض ضغط الدم والدوخة، الإغماء والتورد. نخر الأنسجة وتسلخها. نخر عضلة القلب والشرايين.
Drug Interactions
هناك خطر أكبر لارتفاع ضغط الدم وعدم انتظام ضربات القلب عند استخدام هذا الدواء مع جليكوسيدات القلب أو الكينيدين أو مضادات الاكتئاب ثلاثية الحلقات (TCAs). يزداد خطر انقباض الأوعية الدموية إذا تم إعطاؤه مع قلويدات الشقران أو الأوكسيتوسين. يمكن أن يؤدي تناوله مع مثبطات MAO (MAOIs) إلى زيادة خطيرة في ضغط الدم (أزمة ارتفاع ضغط الدم). وقد يتفاعل أيضًا مع أدوية التخدير مثل السيكلوبروبان والهالوثان وأدوية التخدير المهلجنة الأخرى، وكذلك مع الأدوية الخافضة لضغط الدم.
Contraindications
ارتفاع ضغط الدم الشديد، ورم القواتم.
Mode of actions
فيكسوفينادين هو دواء يأتي من دواء آخر يسمى تيرفينادين. وهو يعمل عن طريق حجب مستقبلات الهستامين H1 خارج الدماغ، مما يساعد على تقليل أعراض الحساسية في الجهاز الهضمي والأوعية الدموية والممرات الهوائية.
يعمل السودوإيفيدرين عن طريق تنشيط المستقبلات الأدرينالية ألفا (؟) وبيتا (؟). عندما يحفز المستقبلات الأدرينالية في بطانة الأنف والممرات الهوائية، فإنه يتسبب في انقباض الأوعية الدموية، مما يقلل من التورم والاختناق. عندما ينشط المستقبلات الأدرينالية، فإنه يريح العضلات في الشعب الهوائية، مما يساعدك على التنفس بشكل أسهل، ويزيد أيضًا من معدل ضربات القلب ومدى قوة نبضات قلبك.
Dosage & Administration
البالغين والأطفال بعمر 12 سنة فما فوق: قرص واحد مرتين يوميًا على معدة فارغة مع الماء.
Pregnancy & Lactation
على الرغم من أن دراسات التكاثر الحيواني أظهرت تأثيرًا سلبيًا على الجنين ولا توجد دراسات كافية ومراقبة بشكل جيد عند النساء الحوامل، إلا أنه خلال فترة الحمل، يمكن استخدام هذا الدواء فقط عندما تكون هناك حاجة إليه بالتأكيد على الرغم من المخاطر المحتملة.
نادراً ما تظهر على الأمهات اللاتي لديهن طفل حديث الولادة والذين استخدموا هذا الدواء خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأخيرة من الحمل أعراض بما في ذلك النعاس، وتصلب العضلات أو الارتعاش، ومشاكل التغذية أو التنفس، والبكاء المستمر. إذا لاحظت أياً من هذه الأعراض لدى طفلك خاصة خلال شهره الأول، أخبري الطبيب فوراً.
ينتقل هذا الدواء إلى حليب الثدي. تحدثي مع طبيبك قبل الرضاعة الطبيعية.
