Side-effects
- 腹瀉、頭暈、疲勞、頭痛、高血鉀。 消化不良、水腫、肌肉痛、失眠、鼻塞、第1劑直立性低血壓、皮疹、咽炎、蕁麻疹、血管性水腫、焦慮/緊張、心搏過速。
Drug Interactions
如果與非類固醇抗發炎藥一起服用，可能會降低降血壓作用並增加腎損傷的風險。 會提高血液中的鋰含量並引起毒性。 如果與保鉀利尿劑（如阿米洛利、氨苯蝶啶或螺內酯）、鉀補充劑或含鉀鹽替代品一起使用，出現高鉀水平（高鉀血症）的風險更高。
**嚴重風險：** 患有糖尿病或腎臟問題（低 GFR）的患者與阿利吉崙一起使用可能會導致危險的腎臟損傷、高鉀和低血壓。

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
成人：PO HTN；第 2 型糖尿病腎病變 150 mg 每日一次，如有需要，最多 300 mg 每日一次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不允許使用這種藥物。 如果您懷孕了，請勿使用它。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 治療期間及停藥後六個月內嚴格有效的節育。 如果您確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即與您的醫生討論。
