Mode of actions
في مستقبلات الهستامين H1، يعمل الروباتادين كمضاد طويل المفعول وغير مهدئ. يثبط الروباتادين أيضًا عامل تنشيط الصفائح الدموية (PAF) (PAF). يعمل كل من الهيستامين وPAF كوسطاء في العملية الالتهابية، مما يسبب تضيق القصبات الهوائية وزيادة نفاذية الأوعية الدموية.
Dosage & Administration
البالغين والمراهقين (فوق 12 سنة): 10 ملغ (قرص واحد) مرة واحدة يوميًا، مع أو بدون الطعام.
