Mode of actions
對於組織胺能 H1 受體，盧帕他定起到長效、非鎮靜拮抗劑的作用。 盧帕他定也抑制血小板活化因子（PAF）（PAF）。 組織胺和 PAF 都在發炎過程中充當介質，導致支氣管收縮和血管通透性增加。
Dosage & Administration
成人及青少年（12 歲以上）：10 毫克（一粒），每日一次，隨餐或單獨服用均可。
