Drug Interactions

Contraindications

Mode of actions
An histaminergen H1-Rezeptoren fungiert Rupatadin als langwirksamer, nicht sedierender Antagonist. Rupatadin hemmt auch den Thrombozyten-aktivierenden Faktor (PAF) (PAF). Sowohl Histamin als auch PAF wirken als Mediatoren im Entzündungsprozess und verursachen eine Bronchokonstriktion und eine Erhöhung der Gefäßpermeabilität.
Dosage & Administration
Erwachsene und Jugendliche (über 12 Jahre): 10 mg (eine Tablette) einmal täglich, mit oder ohne Nahrung.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Die FDA hat dieses Arzneimittel noch nicht in eine bestimmte Schwangerschaftskategorie eingestuft. Allerdings gibt es keine ausreichenden Beweise dafür, dass die Einnahme dieses Arzneimittels während der Schwangerschaft schädlich ist.
Besprechen Sie dies mit Ihrem Arzt, wenn Sie versuchen, während der Einnahme dieses Arzneimittels schwanger zu werden.

Sie können Ihnen bei der Entscheidung helfen, ob Sie dieses Arzneimittel weiterhin einnehmen sollen oder nicht. Wenn Sie die Einnahme dieses Arzneimittels abbrechen und krank werden, wäre dies für Ihr Kind schädlicher, als wenn Sie das Arzneimittel weiterhin einnehmen.
Es liegen keine spezifischen Informationen darüber vor, ob dieses Arzneimittel über die Muttermilch auf das Baby übertragen wird. Wenn Ihr Baby während der Einnahme dieser Medikation sehr schläfrig, unruhig oder müde wird oder Probleme beim Füttern hat, hören Sie mit dem Stillen auf und sprechen Sie umgehend mit Ihrem Arzt.
