Mode of actions
Au niveau des récepteurs histaminergiques H1, la rupatadine fonctionne comme un antagoniste non sédatif à action prolongée. La rupatadine inhibe également le facteur d'activation plaquettaire (PAF) (PAF). L'histamine et le PAF agissent tous deux comme médiateurs dans le processus inflammatoire, provoquant une bronchoconstriction et une augmentation de la perméabilité vasculaire.
Dosage & Administration
Adultes et adolescents (plus de 12 ans) : 10 mg (un comprimé) une fois par jour, avec ou sans nourriture.
Pregnancy & Lactation
La FDA n'a pas encore classé ce médicament dans une catégorie de grossesse spécifiée. Bien qu’il n’y ait pas suffisamment de preuves démontrant que la prise de ce médicament pendant la grossesse est nocive.

Si vous arrêtez de prendre ce médicament et tombez malade, cela serait plus pernicieux pour votre enfant que de continuer à prendre le médicament.
