Precautions and warnings
لا تأخذ أكثر من 12 جرعة في يوم واحد ما لم يخبرك طبيبك بذلك ويشرف على علاجك. احفظ هذا الدواء دائمًا بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
Side-effects
- سيميثيكون خامل من الناحية الفسيولوجية ولم يتم الإبلاغ عن أي آثار ضارة بعد تناوله عن طريق الفم.

Mode of actions
فهو يقلل من التوتر السطحي لفقاعات الغاز، مما يؤدي إلى تفكك فقاعات الرغوة. وهذا يساعد الغاز على التحرك عبر الجهاز الهضمي بسهولة أكبر ويمنع الغاز من الانحباس.
Dosage & Administration
يجب تناول قطرات سيميثيكون بعد الوجبات وعند النوم أو حسب توجيهات الطبيب.
الأطفال الذين تقل أعمارهم عن سنتين: 20 ملغ (قطرات 0.3 مل) 4 مرات يوميًا حتى 240 ملغ / يوم (قطرات 3.6 مل).
الأطفال من عمر 2 إلى 12 سنة: 40 ملغ (قطرات 0.6 مل) 4 مرات يومياً.
البالغين والأطفال الأكبر من 12 عامًا: 40 إلى 80 مجم (قطرات 0.6 إلى 1.2 مل) 4 مرات يوميًا حتى 500 مجم/يوم (قطرات 7.5 مل).
Pregnancy & Lactation
فشلت الدراسات البشرية الكافية والمضبوطة جيدًا في إثبات وجود خطر على الجنين في الأشهر الثلاثة الأولى من الحمل، ولا توجد أدلة كافية على وجود خطر في الأشهر الثلاثة اللاحقة.
