Precautions and warnings
Não tome mais de 12 doses num dia, a menos que o seu médico lhe diga para o fazer e esteja a supervisionar o seu tratamento. Mantenha sempre este medicamento fora do alcance das crianças.

- A simeticona é fisiologicamente inerte e nenhum efeito adverso foi relatado após ingestão oral.

Mode of actions
Reduz a tensão superficial das bolhas de gás, fazendo com que as bolhas de espuma se quebrem. Isso ajuda o gás a se mover através do sistema digestivo com mais facilidade e evita que o gás fique preso.
Dosage & Administration
As gotas de simeticona devem ser tomadas após as refeições e ao deitar ou conforme orientação médica.
Crianças menores de 2 anos de idade: 20 mg (gotas de 0,3 ml) 4 vezes ao dia até 240 mg/dia (gotas de 3,6 ml).
Crianças de 2 a 12 anos de idade: 40 mg (gotas de 0,6 ml) 4 vezes ao dia.
Adultos e crianças maiores de 12 anos: 40 a 80 mg (gotas de 0,6 a 1,2 ml) 4 vezes ao dia até 500 mg/dia (gotas de 7,5 ml).
Pregnancy & Lactation
Estudos humanos adequados e bem controlados não conseguiram demonstrar risco para o feto no primeiro trimestre da gravidez e não há evidências suficientes de risco nos trimestres posteriores.
