Precautions and warnings
配戴隱形眼鏡時請勿使用環孢素眼藥水。 通常，淚液產生量低的人根本不應該戴隱形眼鏡。 如果您戴隱形眼鏡，請在使用眼藥水之前將其取下。 使用環孢素眼藥水 15 分鐘後即可戴上隱形眼鏡。
Side-effects
- 最常見的不良事件是眼部灼熱感。 其他報告的事件包括結膜充血、分泌物、溢淚、眼痛、異物感、搔癢、刺痛和視力障礙（最常見的是模糊）。
Drug Interactions
某些藥物會增加體內環孢素的水平，例如地爾硫卓、多西環素、紅黴素、酮康唑、高劑量甲潑尼龍、尼卡地平、維拉帕米和口服避孕藥。 其他藥物，如卡馬西平、異煙肼、苯巴比妥、苯妥英和利福平，可以降低環孢素的水平。
同時服用高劑量甲基強的松龍和環孢素會增加癲癇發作的風險。
**警告：** 將環孢素與某些藥物（如氨基糖苷類、兩性黴素 B、環丙沙星、秋水仙鹼、美法崙、複方新諾明和非類固醇抗發炎藥）一起使用會嚴重損害腎臟。
Contraindications
患有活動性眼部感染或對藥物中任何成分過敏或可能過敏的人不應使用環孢素。
Mode of actions
環孢素是一種強效藥物，主要透過針對輔助 T 細胞來削弱免疫系統。 它阻斷鈣調神經磷酸酶的作用並阻止白血球介素 2 的產生，從而降低免疫反應。 環孢素還可透過改變免疫系統的工作方式來減少乾燥性角結膜炎等乾眼症的淚液產生。
Dosage & Administration
每天每隻眼睛滴註一滴環孢素眼藥水兩次，間隔約 12 小時。 環孢素滴眼液可與人工淚液同時使用，兩次使用之間應間隔15分鐘。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
這種藥物會進入母乳。 哺乳前請先諮詢您的醫生。
