Side-effects
- 使用 2% 酮康唑洗髮精進行局部治療通常耐受性良好。 與其他洗髮精一樣，暴露區域可能會出現局部灼熱感、搔癢或接觸性皮膚炎（由於刺激或過敏）。 在極少數情況下，主要是頭髮受到化學損傷或白髮的患者，使用 2% 酮康唑洗髮精會觀察到頭髮變色。
Dosage & Administration
若要使用酮康唑洗髮精，請依照下列步驟操作： 用少量水潤濕要使用酮康唑洗髮精的區域。 將洗髮精塗抹在受影響的皮膚/頭皮及其周圍的大面積區域。 用手指搓揉洗髮精至泡沫。 將洗髮精留在皮膚/頭皮上 5 分鐘。 用水沖洗皮膚/頭皮上的洗髮精。
治療：花斑癬：每日一次，持續 5 天。
脂漏性皮膚炎和頭糠疹：每週兩次，持續 2 至 4 週。
預防： 花斑癬：夏季前的療程中，每天一次，連續 3 天。 脂漏性皮膚炎和頭糠疹：每1或2週一次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
這種藥物會進入母乳。 哺乳前請先諮詢您的醫生。
