Side-effects
- 噁心、嘔吐、腹痛、腹瀉、頭痛、失眠、頭暈、焦慮、躁動、顫抖、心悸。 潛在致命：靜脈注射過快後出現抽搐、心律不整、低血壓和猝死。
Drug Interactions
Riociguat 是一種可能與這種藥物相互作用的產品。
其他藥物可能會幹擾茶鹼從體內的消除，導致茶鹼的作用不同。 西咪替丁、幹擾素、雙硫崙、利福平、氟伏沙明、噻氯匹定、普萘洛爾、癲癇藥物、美西律和維洛沙嗪只是其中的幾個例子。

Contraindications

Mode of actions
茶鹼抑制磷酸二酯酶，透過增加 cAMP 組織濃度來誘導支氣管擴張、利尿、中樞神經系統和心臟刺激以及胃酸分泌。
Dosage & Administration
成人： PO：通常每小時 12 次控釋片劑或依照醫師的指示。 10-15mg/Kg/天，每日2次。
孩子：
1-6個月：10毫克/公斤/天，
6米-1年：15毫克/公斤/天，
1-9歲：24毫克/公斤/天，
10-16歲：18mg/Kg/天，分次服用。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
這種藥物會進入母乳。 哺乳前請先諮詢您的醫生。
