Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 厭食、腹瀉、噁心、嘔吐、皮疹、疲勞、消化不良、皮膚乾燥、口腔炎、便秘、腹痛、掌蹠紅腫、粘膜炎症、四肢疼痛、背痛、失眠、鼻衄、脫髮；左心室射血分數降低、指甲疾病、頭痛。
Drug Interactions
如果與 CYP3A4 抑製劑（如酮康唑、伊曲康唑或葡萄柚汁）以及咪達唑侖、伊立替康和地高辛一起服用，該藥物的濃度會增加。 如果與 CYP3A4 誘導劑（如利福平、卡馬西平或苯妥英）或質子泵抑製劑（如埃索美拉唑）一起使用，其濃度會降低。 當與影響 P-糖蛋白或 BCRP（乳腺癌耐藥蛋白）的藥物或拓撲替康和瑞舒伐他汀等藥物一起服用時，藥物在體內的行為也會發生變化。 與紫杉醇或多西紫杉醇一起服用可能會更容易產生副作用，也更嚴重。 該藥主要由CYP3A4或CYP2C8酶加工。

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
HER2 陽性轉移性乳腺癌 1 次，每天 250 毫克（5 片），第 1-21 天連續與卡培他濱聯合用藥。 2,000 mg/m2/天（分 2 劑口服，間隔約 12 小時），在第 1-14 天重複 21 天週期。
激素受體陽性、HER2 陽性轉移性乳腺癌 推薦劑量：1,500 mg（6 片）與來曲唑聯合連續服用。 所有劑量均每日一次作為單劑量給藥。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不允許使用這種藥物。 如果您懷孕了，請勿使用它。 它可以通過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 治療期間和停藥後六個月內嚴格有效的節育。 如果您確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即與您的醫生討論。
