Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions

Contraindications
請勿用於對阿斯匹靈、其他非類固醇抗發炎藥過敏或患有氣喘、腫脹（血管性水腫）、蕁麻疹（蕁麻疹）或流鼻水/鼻塞（鼻炎）的人。 患有活動性胃或腸道問題（例如出血或潰瘍、嚴重心臟衰竭或嚴重腎臟問題）的人也應避免使用。 請勿用於治療心臟繞道手術 (CABG) 期間的疼痛。 對於直腸使用，請勿給有直腸發炎（直腸炎）或痔瘡病史的患者。
Mode of actions
酮洛芬有助於減輕發炎、疼痛和發燒。 它的作用主要是強烈阻斷一種叫做環氧合酶的酶，這種酶會降低體內前列腺素的產生。
Dosage & Administration
成人：2.5% 凝膠：塗抹於受影響區域，每日 2-4 次，持續長達 10 天。 30 mg 膏藥：每日 1 次，每日 1 次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
雖然動物生殖研究顯示出不良影響，甚至有時無法證明對胎兒的風險，並且在孕婦中沒有充分和良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，這種藥物可以在確實需要時使用。
