Precautions and warnings

Mode of actions
मेरोपेनेम एक कार्बापेनम लैक्टम एंटीबायोटिक है जो जीएम+वीई और जीएम-वीई बैक्टीरिया (पीबीपी) में बैक्टीरिया कोशिका दीवार के निर्माण को दबाने के लिए कई पेनिसिलिन-बाइंडिंग प्रोटीन से जुड़कर काम करता है।
Dosage & Administration
वयस्क: IV संवेदनशील संक्रमण 0.5-1 ग्राम 8 घंटे। मेनिनजाइटिस 2 ग्राम 8 घंटे। सिस्टिक फाइब्रोसिस 2 ग्राम 8 घंटे तक। त्वचा संक्रमण 500 मिलीग्राम 8 घंटे। मधुमेह पैर; पेट के अंदर संक्रमण 1 ग्राम 8 घंटे।
बच्चे: 3 महीने से 12 साल तक. संक्रमण के प्रकार और गंभीरता, रोगज़नक़ों की संवेदनशीलता और रोगी की स्थिति के आधार पर हर 8 घंटे में 10 से 40 मिलीग्राम/किलोग्राम अंतःशिरा द्वारा।
अंतर-पेट में संक्रमण: हर 8 घंटे में 20 मिलीग्राम/किग्रा।
सिस्टिक फाइब्रोसिस (4-18 वर्ष): हर 8 घंटे में 25-40 मिलीग्राम/किग्रा।
मेनिनजाइटिस: हर 8 घंटे में 40 मिलीग्राम/किग्रा IV।
50 किलोग्राम से अधिक वजन वाले बच्चे: वयस्क खुराक का उपयोग करें।
गुर्दे की हानि:
सीआरसीएल (एमएल/मिनट)
26-50 सामान्य खुराक 12 घंटे।
10-25 आधी सामान्य खुराक 12 घंटे।
