Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 胸痛、心悸、壞死性血管炎、直立性低血壓、暈厥、靜脈血栓、眩暈、血液容積不足；憂鬱、頭暈、發冷、嗜睡、疲勞、煩躁、頭痛、頭暈；瘀點、光敏感、過敏反應；風發作、電解質疼痛；腹脹，腹瀉，腹痛，光敏感、過敏反應；風發作、電解質失衡；腹脹，腹瀉，腹痛，光敏感、過敏反應；風發作、電解質厭食，便秘，上腹不適，噁心，口乾，胰臟炎，嘔吐；陽痿；再生障礙性貧血，血小板減少症，血液濃縮症，白血球減少症；膽汁淤積性黃疸，肝炎；關節疼痛、肌肉痙攣、虛弱、神經病變、感覺異常；視力模糊； BUN 增加，糖尿增加。 可能致命：史蒂文斯-約翰遜症候群、中毒性表皮壞死松解症。
Drug Interactions
ACE 抑制劑的降血壓和腎臟相關副作用可能會變得更強。 如果您服用膽汁酸螯合劑，身體可能也無法吸收藥物。 二氮嗪會增加高血糖的風險。 這種藥物可能會提高血液中多非利特的水平，從而更容易出現心律問題。 它還可以降低身體排出的鋰量。 飲酒可能會使降血壓作用更強。
嚴重風險：將這種藥物與環孢素一起服用可能會導致腎臟損傷。 如果與呋塞米一起服用，可能會導致體內鹽分嚴重失衡。
Contraindications

Mode of actions
美托拉宗是一種類似噻嗪類利尿劑的水丸。 它的作用是阻止腎臟遠端小管對鈉的重吸收，導致身體透過尿液排出更多的鈉、水、鉀和氫離子。
Dosage & Administration
口服
高血壓
成人：最初每天 1.25 mg，3-4 週後根據反應進行調整。 常用劑量：每日 2.5-5 毫克，單獨使用或與其他抗高血壓藥物一起使用。 維持劑量：隔日 5 mg。 生物利用度增強的製劑：每日 0.5-1 毫克。
老年人：最初，2.5 mg/天或隔天。
水腫
成人：每天 5-10 毫克，必要時增加至每天 20 毫克。 最大：24 小時內 80 毫克。
老年人：最初，2.5 mg/天或隔天。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示出不良影響，甚至有時無法證明對胎兒的風險，並且在孕婦中沒有充分和良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，這種藥物可以在確實需要時使用。
