Precautions and warnings

Drug Interactions

Contraindications

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
成人：PO緩解疼痛5-20 mg 4小時。 與口服溶液相關的可頑固咳嗽與肺癌相關：初始：5 mg 4 hrly。
與10 mg相關的IV疼痛，然後如果需要，則進一步的5-10毫克。
急性肺水腫5-10 mg。 不穩定的心絞痛對2-5毫克抗缺血治療無反應，每5-30分鐘重複一次。 急性疼痛初始：2.5 mg 4小時，根據響應進行調整。

Pregnancy & Lactation
