Precautions and warnings
مشاكل الكبد: فحص وظائف الكبد بانتظام. استخدم بحذر عند الأطفال حديثي الولادة والنساء الحوامل والأمهات المرضعات.
Side-effects
- اليرقان واختلال وظائف الكبد (قابل للعكس) ؛ اضطرابات الجهاز الهضمي. IV: التشنج الوريدي والتهاب الوريد الخثاري وانحلال الدم. نقص كلس الدم. SC/IM: نخر الأنسجة. موضعي: الطفح الجلدي والتهيج.
Drug Interactions
يعمل بشكل أفضل عند استخدامه مع البنسلين المضاد للمكورات العنقودية. يعمل بشكل أقل جودة (معادي) عند استخدامه مع سيبروفلوكساسين.
Mode of actions
يعمل حمض الفوسيديك عن طريق منع البكتيريا من صنع البروتينات. وهو يفعل ذلك عن طريق منع العملية التي تنقل وحدات بناء البروتينات إلى مكانها، وبالتالي لا تتمكن البكتيريا من النمو أو البقاء على قيد الحياة.
Dosage & Administration
الالتهابات الحساسة للبالغين: 500 مجم يومياً. قد يزيد إلى 1 جرام في حالة الالتهابات الخاطفة.
الطفل: سنتين: على شكل قطرة عينية 1%: قطرة واحدة في العين المصابة كل 12 ساعة لمدة 7 أيام.
Pregnancy & Lactation
على الرغم من أن دراسات التكاثر الحيواني أظهرت تأثيرًا سلبيًا على الجنين ولا توجد دراسات كافية ومراقبة بشكل جيد عند النساء الحوامل، إلا أنه خلال فترة الحمل، يمكن استخدام هذا الدواء فقط عندما تكون هناك حاجة إليه بالتأكيد على الرغم من المخاطر المحتملة.
نادراً ما تظهر على الأمهات اللاتي لديهن طفل حديث الولادة والذين استخدموا هذا الدواء خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأخيرة من الحمل أعراض بما في ذلك النعاس، وتصلب العضلات أو الارتعاش، ومشاكل التغذية أو التنفس، والبكاء المستمر. إذا لاحظت أياً من هذه الأعراض لدى طفلك خاصة خلال شهره الأول، أخبري الطبيب فوراً.
ينتقل هذا الدواء إلى حليب الثدي. تحدثي مع طبيبك قبل الرضاعة الطبيعية.
